Almighty God, our Eternal and Kind Father in Heaven ~ Thank you for the light of a new day that dawns with increasing evidence of your presence in our daily affairs. Strengthen us by the power of your Spirit as we walk in the way that Jesus leads us in the Scriptures. Protect us from those whose hearts are filled with evil and intend to bring everyone down with them. We are very grateful for the assurance of your abiding love.
