What agreement is there between the temple of the living God and idols? For we are the temple of the living God. As God has said, “I will live with them and walk among them, and I will be their God, and they will be my people.” (2 Corinthians 6:16 NIV)Dear God, our Heavenly Father ~ Thank you for the glory of this new day that glows with visible and invisible evidences of your constant presence and care over all creation. Give us stronger faith as we study and obey Christ so that we will not succumb to this world. Help us to glow with your presence in our lives. In Jesus name, Amen.
Photo: The new meeting place of the Syktyvkar Church of Christ under construction when we visited with them in June 2008. This city is the capital of the Komi Republic in Russia. The new building is also home for the Syktyvkar Bible School where they educate preachers and teachers to carry on the work in Russia.
