Dear God, our Most Holy Father in Heaven ~ Thank you for the sunshine of your love on this new day that reminds us of how wealthy we are in comparison with others who do not know Jesus our Messiah. Give us a greater understanding of the worldwide and eternal nature of the church over which Christ rules. Help us as we work to invite others to become citizens through obeying the Gospel of Christ. In Jesus name we pray, Amen.
Photo: At the request of our three most loyal members, our Thursday night Bible study was actually held in the afternoon at 3:00. It is more difficult for them to navigate around the city after dark. Nikolai, Stepan and Lyuda all come from rather far distances to be at the meetings. Each of them loves God's word and enjoys learning more about Jesus Christ. Last night our study was from 1 John, chapter 1. Today we hope that we will be able to meet with the people that own the sign boards around the center of the city so that we can begin our fresh advertising. We have much work to do to build up interest in our evangelistic efforts to teach people about salvation through obedient faith in Christ Jesus and life in His church. Thank you for your prayers and encouragement.
